the only safe place to buy designer handbags for less would be at the brands outlet store, or wait for sales at the mall. I used to work at Dillards and we would have girls come in so we could authenticate their online bought bags. Sometimes they'd be real, other times we'd have to tell them they were fake. I also worked for PayPal for over a year, you wouldn't believe all the fakes that people bought off of eBay for hundreds of dollars.
If I were going to buy a real designer bag, I would save my money and only buy it at the store- not get stuck with some knock off I bought online or at some no name store for way too much money

Recognized charities will sometimes sell designer things that were donated by the brand at fundraisers for less but I reccomend putting your money to better use than a $200 bag that you can get for $15 at Wal-Mart. Just think of what state the world would be in if all the money that went for designer labels was put to good use like for poverty, slavery and starvation.
