    i know were u can get a hanbag for teens at a store that is called fallas paredes theres cheap ones there they cost like $8 plus taxes theres xoxo hangbags too

    Try, looking in outlet malls, stores such as Aero, Hollister, and places such as those that are popular for teens. $70 is alot for a handbag just for a teen. Look around, since you have a large budget. But avoid stores like Gucci, Coach and places like those.

    To be honest, Goodwill. I found a lightly used coach bag, wet seal bag..all for under 5 bucks!
    Wal Mart too, some bags range from 5 to 10 dollars.
    Target.
    Nordstroms Rack.
