Is A Retailer Obligated To Give You A Refund When You Find The Same Item Sold Elsewhere For Substantially Less?

I bought a handbag at the Prada store in Las Vegas and happened to see the same one sold at the Neiman Marcus in my area for $100 less.

No they are not obligated. Its strictly by the return policy.

I have an item I am planning to bring back. The receipt says how many days I have. I would first check the receipt then call the store for their policy.
